Your data is stored on servers in Germany. A server is a computer that runs your website. Backup copies are also kept in Finland. Finland is in the EU too.
The data processing agreement comes with the quote. It is a contract about data protection.
So you do not have to ask for it.

On servers in Germany, with backup copies also in Finland and therefore within the EU. Hosting from 15 euros per month, cancelable with one month's notice to the end of the month, no minimum term. The data processing agreement under Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation is attached to the quote, so you do not have to chase it.
